Chicago Preferred Car, Inc. (CPC) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the CPC Limousine Web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the CPC Limousine website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

CPC Limousine collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. This information is used by CPC Limousine for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CPC Limousine Web site.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through CPC Limousine public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: CPC Limousine does not read any of your private online communications.

CPC Limousine encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to from CPC Limousine so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. CPC Limousine is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the CPC Limousine and CPC Limousine family of Web sites.

CPC Limousine collects and uses your personal information to operate the CPC Limousine Web site and deliver the services you have requested. CPC Limousine also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from CPC Limousine and its affiliates. CPC Limousine may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

CPC Limousine does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. CPC Limousine does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.

CPC Limousine keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within CPC Limousine, in order to determine what CPC Limousine services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within CPC Limousine to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

CPC Limousine Web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on CPC Limousine or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of CPC Limousine; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of CPC Limousine, or the public.

CPC Limousine secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. CPC Limousine secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

CPC Limousine will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. CPC Limousine encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how CPC Limousine is protecting your information.

General:

- the client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the rental by them or any members of their party,

- No drug use or smoking allowed in any of our vehicles,

- Alcohol use is permitted only inside the vehicles equipped with divider,

- it is illegal and unsafe to load the vehicle beyond seating capacity,

- We assume no responsibility for articles left in our vehicles,

- We cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions or unforseen mechanical failures,

- Local and nationwide reservations may be sub-contracted to affiliates.

Reservations:

- All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment,

- A credit card number will be taken and may be charged at the time the reservation is made,

- if you reschedule your reservation less than 2 hours before the pick-up, the vehicle will be assigned based on availability and the reservation is not guaranteeed,

- Requests for specific cars will not be guaranteed (except SUV),

- Requests for specific car color will not be guaranteed,

- Golf bags, skis, snowboards, etc. must book an SUV or stretch limousine.

Cancellations:

- Any reservation cancelled in less time than 2 hours, will result in a full charge,

- All cancellations must be made over the phone and not via email.

Rates:

- Rates do not include gratuity and are the subject to change without notice,

- Extra stops: $15 for each stop,

- Late hours fees: a premium rate of $15 applies between the hours of 11:00 PM and 4:30 AM,

- Airport greet and meet $30,

- Car seat, booster seat $10 each,

- Holiday Surcharge ($15): New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas,

- if credit card authorization fails, the balance needs to be paid to the driver before the beginning of the trip.

Charters (Hourly Service):

- Automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all charter reservations,

- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required and could be held for all charters,

- All trips to and from concerts and sport events will be booked as an hourly service,

- Hourly service does not apply to out-of-state trips. Please ask for a quote,

- Waiting time charges do not apply to hourly service,

- All overtime charges must be pre-approved and pre-authorized.

Waiting Time:

- Airports only - CPC Limousine grants a 60 minutes grace period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and a 120 minutes grace period after reported international flight arrival time. Once the grace period has elapsed and the customer has not called, the car will be dismissed and a full charge will be applied,

- Except airports and hourly service: there is a 15 min. grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, waiting charges will aplly, $15 for each additional 15 min. of waiting.

No-show:

- A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location without proper cancellation.

- Except airports - no-show is considered after 30 minutes waiting without contact from the customer's side.
